On 05/28/2024, a Facebook post was published by Ashley Hartley, who is a friend of Valerie Holcomb (nee Moore, hereinafter “victim”). Ashley questioned why common mutual friends followed a digital content page in which Robert Holcomb (hereinafter, “defendant”) was associated as an administrator. The post contains screenshots of messages between Valerie Holcomb (nee Moore) and Ashley Hartley. The messages portray Robert Holcomb in a negative light, depicting him as a racist and Nazi sympathizer. Valerie mentions that she will send private messages with proof to anyone inquiring.

Harassing voicemail messages from another of Valerie Moore's (Holcomb) friends, a transgender woman, Isabella King. The phone number was blocked from my caller ID, but it was later admitted to be hers. Her wife's name is Kelly King, and they reside in a camper on the driveway of 115 W Louisiana Ave, Tampa, FL 33603.

Complaint by Valerie Holcomb (nee Moore) on 11/01/2023. Compilations of footage from PCSO bodycam, composed with contradictions and proof against claims.

C1 - Valerie Holcomb is recalling a Google Calendar invitation mistake that occurred before the final injunction was adjudicated on 10/31/2023. It can be stated with confidence that the victim continued to invite the defendant to various events throughout the dissolution process to intimidate him into signing away 20% of her future workers’ compensation settlement.

C2—The victim insists there was a demand to retrieve a Himalayan kitty cat named Duchess within 48 hours. This video composition INVALIDATES that accusation.

C3 - The alleged victim, Valerie Holcomb (nee Moore), states that “everyone knows her address,” but not from the alleged Facebook post by the defendant. She claims that now they know that she is alone with a one-year-old. The authenticity of both of the Facebook posts needs to be certified to confirm their legitimacy.

C4-5 - Screenshots of Google Calendar invites from the victim to the defendant, in an attempt to taunt the defendant.

C6 - On Thursday, August 21, 2025, the alleged victim, Valerie Holcomb, once again attempted to taunt and provoke the Defendant, Robert Holcomb, by sending a Google Calendar invitation to the Defendant’s email address for a “Labor Day Celebration.” This event was hosted at the residence of the Defendant’s cousins. The Defendant did not attend said event. The invitation and event were part of a coordinated effort between the Defendant’s cousins and the alleged victim.

Valerie Holcomb was battering and assaulting Robert Holcomb on 06-22-2023. This was less than one month away from his first spinal surgery.

E1 - Robert Holcomb being assaulted and battered by Valerie Holcomb in video format. She threatens his life, “I’m

going to kill you, I swear to God, b****.”

E2 - Complaint to the State. No charges were filed.

E3 - MRI from 06-02-2023, one month before the first spinal surgery and before Valerie battered Robert.

E4 - MRI from 08-27-2023, it is uncertain if it was Valerie who caused additional damage to Robert’s spine or the surgical procedure. The additional injury was a herniated L4-5 and a tear, which is healed at L3-4. L5-S1 was where the laminectomy/microdiscectomy surgery was performed. This was conducted after the first surgery and the battery.
